Does the Strike end off Broadway Productions ?

I have bought tickets to see The Lion King in Detroit for December 8. Will This show be shut down by the current strike or does that only apply to New York?

1. Nope, not from what I know. It's just in NYC. I work with the unions and I have not heard anything yet.
2. Right now it is only in NY. You should be fine with the tickets you have.
